With over 13 years of hands-on experience in Oxford Learning, first as a tutor, then part-time coordinator, a Centre Manager, and finally, nearly 8 years as Co-Owner and Centre Director of the Oakville North location, Caitlin is excited to open a new Oxford Learning location in Burlington in the Appleby-Dundas community this spring.
Caitlin is the proud recipient of the Elite Franchise Canada 2025 Outstanding Franchisee Achievement Award. This prestigious award recognizes franchisees who exemplify personal excellence and exceptional transformation in Franchising. Despite this prestigious award and the outstanding achievements Caitlin has had as a franchisee, Caitlin's focus remains steadfastly dedicated to her students.
"The very best thing of all is the students that we have helped and how we have helped these kids rewrite their stories. That is what it's all about for me—that is the greatest reward of what I've been doing," says Caitlin.
