As part of our back-to-school campaign we teamed up with Andrea from the review blog Mommy Gearest to help her son prepare for Grade One and the school year ahead.

Summer is the perfect time for students of all ages to refresh or develop their skills and get on track for the school year. A couple of hours a week can make a big difference to giving kids a head start on the next school year.

Andrea and her son The K Man  have seen some progress in as little as one month.

“In the one month that we’ve been at Oxford Learning, I have seen a noticeable difference in The K Man’s sight-word recognition and overall writing skills. It doesn’t take him as long to sound out new words either. I’m excited to see what the next two months, in tandem with grade one, bring.”

It’s not too late to give your child a back-to-school boost for a better school year.  Oxford Learning will assess, then develop a program and create a plan of action that’s specific to your child’s needs to get him or her on track for a great school year.
